What is the Unknown Group and Unsorted Project?

Introduction

The Unknown group and Unsorted project are created by Flywheel to hold images uploaded from the Connector that were not routed to a specific group or project. This ensures that all data is uploaded to Flywheel even if the destination cannot be determined. Once uploaded, a site admin can move the sessions to the correct group and project.

The Unknown group and Unsorted project cannot be deleted, new groups or projects cannot be created with these labels.
