Uploading Files using the CLI

The fw upload command can be used to upload files to specific containers in the Flywheel hierarchy.

Usage

The destination path will be the Flywheel hierarchy of:

<group_id>/<project_label>/<subject_label>/<session_label>/<acquisition_label> 

depending on where in the hierarchy the file belongs.

**upload** 

Usage:

  **fw upload [local-file] [destination-path]**
