The fw upload Command

The fw upload command can be used to upload files to specific containers in the Flywheel hierarchy.

Usage

fw upload [local-file] [destination-path]

The destination path will be the Flywheel hierarchy of:

<group_id>/<project_label>/<subject_label>/<session_label>/<acquisition_label>

depending on where in the hierarchy the file belongs.
