Connection Problems

If you are experiencing connection timeouts or network errors:

  1. Check your internet connection - Ensure you have stable network access
  2. Verify site accessibility - Try accessing your Flywheel site in a web browser
  3. Check proxy/VPN settings - Corporate networks may require additional configuration
  4. Review firewall rules - Ensure the CLI can connect to your Flywheel site

Slow Upload/Download Speeds

For large datasets:

  • Consider using Cluster Ingest for faster uploads
  • Use the --cluster flag with ingest commands when available
  • Check if your organization has dedicated upload infrastructure

Getting Help

If you cannot resolve your issue:

  1. Check the logs - Find your CLI logs for detailed error information
