CLI Reference Guide: Flywheel Upload

Introduction

This document provides instructions on how to upload files to specific containers.

The destination path will be the Flywheel hierarchy of:

<group_id>/<project_label>/<subject_label>/<session_label>/<acquisition_label>

depending on where in the hierarchy the file belongs.

**upload**

  **fw upload [local-file] [destination-path]**
