Obtaining the Error File When Debugging fMRIPrep Failures

Introduction

Debugging the fMRIPrep algorithm is sometimes needed to debug failures in the algorithm's  pipeline.  By default, the fMRIPrep does not save output files when it exits on failure. In order to get the error file upon exiting with failure, when you start a gear run, go to the configuration tab and check the configuration option save outputs so that it saves the output directory.
