This document provides instruction steps on how to initiate and analysis gear run as well as additional instructions.

Instruction Steps

The Analysis tab provides users the ability to initiate an analysis gear run as well as view the status and results of executed analysis gears.

Clicking “Run Analysis Gear” will present users with list of available analysis gears to the user and project from which it is initiated.

The analysis tab also displays the status of previously run analysis gears. The icon on the left indicate pending, complete, failed or canceled.

By clicking on an item in the gear-run list provides an expanded, detail view:

The expanded analysis object allows users to view and download analysis results, provide additional notes and attach additional custom information.  Users can also view the Gear Configuration at run time, Gear Information (version, author, link) as well as a detailed log of the gear run.
