The integrated DICOM and NIfTI viewer gives you a radiology-grade viewer that can be launched right in Flywheel. This viewer has many features including being able to:
Load multiple DICOM series automatically
View all DICOM tags
Configure an overlay to view select DICOM tags
Create customized ROI labels on an image that you can search on
To launch the viewer, select the launch OHIF viewer icon next to your project or an acquisition.
Flywheel's viewers include the ability to add measurements, ROI , and annotations to your image.
All measurements, annotations, ROIs and their associated labels are stored as custom metadata. Like all metadata in Flywheel, measurement and ROI data is indexed. This means you can search on this field in Advanced Search or group data based on this field to create a collection.
You can also customize your viewer to fit your workflow by creating custom overlays to show import DICOM tags for the image you are viewing. Additionally, you can create custom ROI labels specifically for the images you are viewing. Learn more about how to create custom overlays and ROI labels.
You can also view the following datatypes in Flywheel:
