Before a user is able to sign in, they must be added to the Flywheel site by a Site Admin. To add a user:
Sign in to Flywheel as a Site admin.
Click Create New User.
Enter the user information.
Select the Permissions tab, and select Add.
Add permissions for access to data
The new user cannot view any data in Flywheel until you give them permission to Groups and Projects.

Select a Group and a Role.
The group appears in the Permissions list
Continue adding the user to the necessary Groups and Projects.
Adding a user to a Group may not automatically add them to Projects in that Group
By default, users are not automatically added to Projects when they are assigned to a Group. To automatically add a user to all projects, go to the Projects Template and enable Add user to all projects in this group. Learn more about how to create and enable Project Templates.
