Each Site requires (at least) one Site Manager. Orange Mode allows Site Managers (Admins) to perform system-level activities across the site, including creating Groups, managing Users, and viewing access logs.
Finding Missing Data – Users will often scan or import data but fail to enter the appropriate Group, Project, and/or Subject information at the console. As a Site Manager, you can find their data by toggling into Site Manager (Orange) Mode, filtering by Timestamp, and then editing the Project or Subject information.
Activating Orange Mode: To activate Orange Mode, click the drop-down menu next to the user's picture in the top right corner of the page, then toggle Manage Site.
When in Orange Mode, the Flywheel sidebar on the left of the page will turn orange. To exit Orange mode, simply un-toggle Manage Site. The Flywheel sidebar will turn blue when you have returned to normal user mode.
