The Session tab, located in the Session Detail on the right side of the page, provides access to any attachments, notes, and tags that have added been to the Session. Navigate to the Session tab by going to the Sessions page, located under the Data section of the Flywheel sidebar, and selecting a Session from the Sessions list, which reveals the Session Detail.
Attaching Files to a Project: The Project tab also allows you to upload Attachments. These attachments will appear for each Session associated with that Project. To add a new Attachment to a Project, Navigate to the Projects page, located under the Data section of the Flywheel sidebar, then select the correct Project from the Projects list. Next, select the Project tab on the right hand side of the page and click the Add New Attachment button. Drag files to the drop target or click anywhere on the target to use the file selector to upload attachments. You can also download, view, or delete the attached file by clicking the appropriate icon.
Note: You may want to attach your stimulus material, survey responses or other unstructured data, analysis or notes to a Session.
Create a Note: You can use the notes feature to capture conversations between you and your colleagues. To create a note, use the Notes component found on the Session, Project, and Analysis tabs in the Session Detail. Once you have entered your note, click Save. For each note created, Flywheel captures the timestamp and username.
Note: If your data is abnormal for any reason, create a quick note to capture what may have occurred, so other people viewing this data have that context.

Select the tag to use by clicking on it, or pressing Enter or Tab on your keyboard. You may use as many tags as are available
Removing a Tag: To remove a tag, simply click the "x" on the tag name. Alternatively, with the cursor in the tag field, use the backspace key on your keyboard.
Filtering Tags using Advanced Menu: You can filter data that is tagged using the Advanced Filter menu. Just click on Advance Filter above the Sessions list and enter the tag in the search field. As you start typing, you will see an auto-complete drop-down of the available tags.
Note: Create tags that are meaningful to your lab group and use them consistently.
