Sessions, acquisitions, and files can be downloaded using the download command in the Flywheel CLI.
fw download [source-path] [flags]
-e, --exclude stringSlice Download everything but these types
-f, --force Force download, without prompting
-h, --help help for download
-i, --include stringSlice Download only these types
-o, --output string Destination filename (-- for stdout)
An example of would be if I wanted to download a particular subject from a project in one of the groups of which I am a member.
First, I'd log into my flywheel instance with my API key from my profile page.
C02W39YBHTD6:~ jeffyager$ fw login staging2.dev.flywheel.io:Ja0ib***********pf
You are now logged in as Jeff Yager!
Then I can `ls` my project Amygdala in my group flywheel
C02W39YBHTD6:~ jeffyager$ fw ls flywheel/Amygdala
admin Dec 5 17:49 files/license.txt
Now I can use the download command to download just one of those subjects
C02W39YBHTD6:~ jeffyager$ fw download flywheel/Amygdala/amyg_s3
This download will be about 218 MB comprising 39 files.
