EM 8.5.x Release Notes

For 8.5.0:

With EM 8.5 we begin the rollout of a significant web UI feature, Subject View.  Subject View is actually a collection of UI changes and these changes will be rolled out in phases

Phase 1
  • Toggle for grouping sessions by subject 
  • Expanded Session View
Phase 2
  • Subject → Analyses Tab
  • Subject → Provenance Tab
    • Displays subject-level provenance and all child provenance
  • Create subject-level analysis workflow
Phase 3
  • Moving subjects to different project workflow

New Features:

  • Phase 1 of Subject View, a subject-centric view of data in UI
  • JSON files display formatted when viewed in UI
  • Archives of images can be viewed in OHIF viewer
    • Note: Chrome's TIFF incompatibility persists and will be addressed in a future release
  • CLI supports acquisition grouping based on related series UID.
  • Viewers now load files based on type instead of their file extension

Fixes: 

  • Addressed confusing behavior in Run Analysis Gear by removing 'back' button.
