Deprecation of the Flywheel SDK v21.x.x

Starting with Flywheel v22.0.0, the Flywheel SDK will change default behavior for Data Views. The default behavior in the 22.0.0 SDK will be to queue Data View executions. If the 21.x.x Flywheel SDK is used with Flywheel 22, the behavior will revert to synchronous execution. Flywheel strongly recommends upgrading to the v22 SDK when it is available as part of v22 rollout to avoid performance issues with data view execution in the SDK. This does not impact Data Views in the UI.

This warning is issued with the 21.0.0 version to ensure that users have adequate time to prepare for changes needed for the 22.0.0 version.
