Montage Info
Flywheel provides a viewer for the visualization of "montage" zip files generated by the scitran-nifti-montage gear. This viewer supports zooming and panning these ultra dense image sets.
Installation
The Montage viewer is available as a Viewer Extension Application.
Manual updates required after site upgrades
Viewer Extension Applications are not updated automatically when your site is upgraded. If a new version of this viewer is released, you must manually update the registered URL to the latest version from the Release History table below. Before updating the site-level registration, you can register and test the new URL on a test project to verify it works as expected.
Register the Montage Viewer Extension Application using these recommended settings.
